Residential Reminders
- ANNUAL AUDIT NOTICE
- Chestnut Oaks is currently undergoing its annual audit. A random confirmation mailing will be going out to a few residents. If you receive one, please just answer yes or no. This is not a bill. Thank you.
- SNAKES
- With new construction throughout the neighborhood, there have been reports of snakes in the area. Please be aware of your surroundings.
- WATER RESTRICTIONS
- Union County is still under water restrictions. Our days to water in Chestnut Oaks are Wednesdays and Fridays. If you have any questions, please check their website, www.co.union.nc.us.
- POOL
- The pool is open! The season runs through September 12. Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (or dusk, whichever comes first). Key cards will not work past 8:45 p.m. If you cannot find your pool pass, please contact the management company for a replacement card. There is a $25 charge for a new card. Your old card will be deactivated. Only one card per household will be issued. Your HOA dues must be current in order for your card to be activated. Also, take some time to familiarize yourself with our pool rules.
- YARD MAINTENANCE
- Please remember that all yards must be mowed, weeded, and maintained as stated in the Covenants, Conditions and Regulations. All shrubs and trees along walkways need to be kept trimmed as well. Thank you!
- PARKING
- Parking on both sides of the street causes problems for residents and emergency crews. Please park your vehicles in your driveway and/or garage. If you need to park on the street, please be mindful of your neighbors and park in front of your property. Do not block mailboxes, driveways, or be too close to a corner. The Town of Stallings owns the streets in our neighborhood, if you have a problem with someone parking in front of your unit, please call the town at 704.821.8557.
