The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is available for rent by contacting Braesael Management Company at (704) 847-3507.  You must supply Braesael with a signed rental agreement available from the link above.

Here are the highlights:

• A fee of $150.00, which includes a security deposit of $100.00 plus a non-refundable fee of $50.00, must accompany the application for the use of the Clubhouse.
• For reservations made less than two (2) weeks in advance,
• The deposit must be by cashiers check or money order.
• You are responsible to clean up the community and clubhouse after your event.  This includes removing any signs or balloons attached to the sign poles around the community.
• Once completed, a board member will inspect the property using this cleaning checklist.
